1. Itinerary and Program Changes

Whiskey brands, personalities, and ports of call are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be provided for such changes.

2. Cancellation Policy

If the cruise is cancelled for any reason, guests will receive a full refund of the amounts paid. Guests may cancel their trip at any time before its commencement but it's important to note that a refund of the amount paid is only available if the trip is canceled within 30 days of payment of initial deposit or trip payment. There are no refunds of subsequent installments due to inability to travel or cancellation for any reason. We strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy, ensuring that customers have the opportunity to make informed decisions and manage their travel plans with flexibility within the specified timeframes. We recommend taking out trip insurance that will cover any unforeseen costs outside of the above timeframes.

3. Communication and Account Setup

Guests will receive communication from Windstar Cruises closer to the cruise date to set up their profiles and manage their accounts directly with Windstar Cruises.

4. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from participation in the cruise.

5. Travel Documentation

Guests are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas.

6. Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to others and in compliance with Windstar Cruises' policies and procedures.

7. Health and Safety

Guests must comply with all health and safety regulations as specified by Windstar Cruises and local authorities.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to departure.

9. Payments

By making a payment, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
