1. Itinerary and Program Changes

• Whiskey brands, personalities, and ports of call are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be provided for such changes.
   

2. Cancellation Policy

• If the cruise is cancelled for any reason, guests will receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
   

3. Communication and Account Setup

• Guests will receive communication from Windstar Cruises closer to the cruise date to set up their profiles and manage their accounts directly with Windstar Cruises.
   

4. Liability

• The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from participation in the cruise.
   

5. Travel Documentation

• Guests are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas.
   

6. Conduct

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to others and in compliance with Windstar Cruises' policies and procedures.
   

7. Health and Safety

• Guests must comply with all health and safety regulations as specified by Windstar Cruises and local authorities.
   

8. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to departure.
   

9. Payments

• Full payment must be made by the specified due date to confirm booking.
